+ -1 moreI tried to contact this provider and did not recieve a reply in timely manner. Also, provider did not use Angie's list to full extent. I contacted the provider through Angie's list e-mail and included times to set-up appointment. The provider replied with and quot;give me a call at this numberand quot;. I called the provider and left a message. After 24 hours there was no reply. I am waiting for the excuse of and quot;we are really busyand quot; to be the reply. Unfortunately everyone is busy. The search goes on for someone competent at the their craft as well as the business function.
Description of Work: Nothing, no call back.

Description of Work: They cleaned the front and back yard of leafs and small limbs for the coming winter. They edged the drive way and all paved areas. They work fast and always ask if there if any thing else we would like done. We have almost an acre of ground and plan on using them again in 2013. John Hamilton is one of the nicest people you could ever meet, he is pleasant and knows a lot about landscaping and is a hard worker.

+ 0 moreI found them from Angie's List. Their responsiveness was wonderful and they came right on the dot. I finally found someone who does a good job; I am going to start using them every other week. I would recommend them to others; in fact I recommended them to my neighbor also.
Description of Work: I used Southscape for lawn work. They cut, trimmed and edged the lawn; they also cleaned it. The person that I dealt with was John Hamilton.
