PuroClean of the Sandhills is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Aaron was on time, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough when inspecting our house for mold. He made sure to let me know what he was doing every step of the way and explained why he was doing it. It’s clear Aaron is a subject matter expert and is passionate about taking care of his customers and their homes. I can’t recommend Aaron and PuroClean enough.

This was the first time that we had a water damage sitiuation, so we didn't know exactly what to expect. But everything went very well. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company, were very professional, and worked very hard.
Description of Work: We had a water line bust in the ceiling of our home over the first floor bathroom. The ceiling was falling down along with approx. 1 inch of water on the floor. Aaron and Mark came within 45 minutes and started the work, even though it was after 5 in the evening and stayed till almost midnight. All the water had to be removed, the bathroom ceiling, and some walls had to be removed, and a large portion of the carpet pad.
