Description of Work: Steve was recommended to us by our realtor 5 years ago when we moved into an older home that needed extensive renovation. His first project with us was the total renovation of our kitchen which involved raising the ceiling, installing all new wiring, designing and building us a gorgeous and functional area that was and is a fantastic space, all at a price that was significantly less than two other quotes we had obtained from kitchen businesses. He collaborates with a fantastic local cabinet builder who does meticulous work at an exceptional cost. Stephen has the ability to draw the design himself which saves $ from the get go. He has since renovated our lower level living area, creating a beautiful bar area and 20 feet of stained wooden bookshelves, in addition to coming up with an ingenious design to hide the track for our blackout curtains behind beautiful wood crown molding for our media area. He has done so many other projects, such as outbuildings for a newly built pool, replacement of windows, replacement of cedar shake siding, putting stairs to an attic space, repairing damaged sheetrock, applied sealants to gutters that were leaking over our front porch, did trouble-shooting to locate and fix a drainage and water infiltration issue...etc. He is 100% trustworthy, dependable and reliable and employs/collaborates with service providers who are the same, including colleague Ramesh Kataria, and electrician extraordinaire, Rick Goforth, in addition to many others.
