+ -1 moreThe field Technician (Roger) made two visits to troubleshoot the unit. (I had previously hired 3 other companies that could not diagnose the problem correctly). His product knowledge, engine expertise, thoroughness and logical diagnostic process was exceptional and successful. He identified the failure mode and source of the problem and returned a third time to replace a failed/damaged stepper motor. Total cost $475 (labor = $260; material = $215)
