I needed to move from a larger storage unit into a smaller one and my husband and I thought we could do it ourselves. When we came to the storage place to do the move we realized that the unit we?d reserved would likely be too small and learned that the next size was only available at their other location, which while nearby, would require that everything be moved into a truck, driven to the other place and then unpacked from the truck and packed into a smaller unit. We could handle moving the stuff a few feet, but to load and truck and move out again, was beyond our physical abilities. It was the end of the year and we were frustrated. the storage unit manager said she used to recommend several moving companies but one stood out so obviously, that now she only recommends this one. she offered to call him for us and see if he could come on that very day, later in the day and do the move for us at a discounted price, which she?d arrange for us. We got a call about an hour later saying that Mr Imre would be at the storage unit in 45 minutes. we were delighted to have it done so quickly, so went to meet Mr Imre at the unit. There had been a slight misunderstanding between the manager and Mr. Imre so he?d brought a less than adequate truck but said he?d make it work regardless and for the price he?d quoted. We were concerned but willing to go with the flow. Then Mr Imre rethought the whole thing and decided to try it a different way, sent his assistant, who also turned out to be very competent, to retrieve another truck and the two men set about getting the truck loaded. When we arrived at the new unit, we were not happy to see that the unit was long and narrow as opposed to wide and shallow, but again, Mr. Imre came to the rescue, saying he could make it all work so we?d have access to everything just as if the space had been wide and shallow. He proceeded to do just that. It was really a pleasure. The whole operation, with all the set backs, took less time than we?d expected, everything was handled carefully and moved efficiently and Mr Imre was part of the process the entire time. couldn?t have been happier.
