I had an old eMac that needed more memory and general care plus I needed to get an MP3 device set up to work with it as well as an external hard drive set up for storage and back up for two computers, one the eMac and the other a PC. Jamie was thoughtful about it all, careful in telling me first that I?d ordered the wrong part and then finding the right part (I should have asked him first!) and telling me exactly what I?d need to make everything work as as I wanted it to so I could listen to books on cd that I?d downloaded to the computer and moved to the MP3 player and also I wanted the eMac and PC to operate via blue tooth (a trick for an old eMac). Jamie did it all even though it took several trips until everything was finally in place and all parts had arrived. It was a marvelous and ingenius set up and I still use part of it but have replaced both the eMac and the PC with a fancy new iMac. I had learned enough from Jamie to set this up myself, but knew that if I ran into trouble I could call Jamie and he?d get to it as soon as he had time from college. Now Jamie is helping my husband overcome some mistakes my husband keeps making with his PC. We are both in our 70s and Jamie is patient enough to get us to the point where we know what?s going on.
