Luke came during a busy time on a Saturday. He was really enthusiastic and very skilled. He gave multiple suggestions as to a solution then quickly completed the work. He carried all necessary materials so no call back was needed. We ‘d be happy to call him for any future projects.

Southern Shutters attempted to repair one of my shutters, disassembled it, and could not get it reassembled correctly. They then put smaller screws into the wall and glued them in, leaving me to wait 24 hours for the glue to dry and then use them. I was told if glue did not hold they would get the proper screws, that they didnâ t have on their truck, and come back. I waited 24 hours, but the screws were not able to hold the crank to my wall. I have been told multiple times they are coming back which they always cancel. I finally received a rude email saying the whole thing was my fault cause I was told a longer period for glue to hold. But my text timeline shows they did nott even know what they committed to with my directions. Also, the service tech told me he thought the glue was maybe bad. Btw; the screws originally in my wall were 5-6 inch tapcon screws. They put 1 inch screws with glue and wonder why it did not work. The final insult was they told me they are not in my area often so this is my problem. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS! I do not want them back in my house. Neither should you!

Luke & Crew were hired to install new hurricane shutter tracks after we had stucco repair on our house. They were prompt, professional and tidy. They went beyond what I would have expected to accommodate my schedule. After they were done, Luke offered to change any hard to reach lightbulbs since he had a tall ladder! Overall, it was an excellent job!! Thank you!

Luke the owner/installer is very professional and was quite flexible with working around our schedule. They did a wonderful job in installing our hurricane shutters in just two days. The crew was very polite and unobtrusive and cleaned up after themselves. The rates were quite reasonable too. Would strongly recommend this company.

Luke, the owner/installer was on time for the estimate despite the 1 hour+ drive to get here during a tropical storm. He did his measurements, gave me a ball park estimate before he left and sent me a full estimate by the end of the day. Great service.
