Earlier in the week, I scheduled an appointment to have my HVAC system inspected for placement on a service plan and the installation of a smart thermostat. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning at 9:00. I drove several hours to our beach house for the appointment. I was told that I would receive a call on Saturday morning to confirm the appointment. When I did not receive the call, I called and spoke with a gentlemen and I was told that they do not work on Saturday unless it is an emergency. I explained to him that I had made the appointment earlier in the week and he told me “well that was a mistake”. He said that he could come Monday or Tuesday. I explained that I drove down for the appointment and would not be here. He basically dismissed me and I told him that I would try to get someone else. A short time later, I received a call from the lady that I had spoken with earlier in the week and she first said that she forgot to brief them last night on today today’s scheduled and that she had slept him. (If that is the case, then they do work on Saturday). She asked if I was going to get someone else and I ask if they could still come? She said that she would call me back with an answer. When she call back, she offered an appointment several hours later and I explained to her that I had another engagement and it would not work for me. She then offered to give me the name of someone else who maybe able to come over. She then began telling me that it was a software scheduling issue that cause the problem. So-was it a software problem, the fact that she didn’t tell them the night before or was it that they don’t work on Saturday’s. At that point, I decided that if I am going to invest and do business with a company via a service contract then I may just need to look elsewhere for a more reliable company.

They did a great job. They came out right away and did the work. Their price is reasonable and they do not try to upsell you unnecessary products or service. They are an honest and reliable company.
