+ -1 moreMy air conditioner died Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. The problem proved difficult to diagnose, an intermittent issue. They responded promptly the next day, and every day until it was fixed on Tuesday. Air handler motor on its last leg finally died. They stuck with it over the holiday weekend. They were prompt, polite, and determined to get it going. They went way beyond what I expected over a holiday weekend.
Description of Work: Replaced air handler motor. No idea the cost (below) as I have not received the bill yet. Pretty sure it will be reasonable.

+ -1 moreIt went great. Roger worked us into his schedule. He came promptly and completed all work. His price was exactly what he told us it would be. Now our system is up to code and will work efficiently.
Description of Work: He inspected the system after a renovation was completed. A mechanical was not pulled by the contractor. We asked him to check to see if everything was up to code. He inspected the system and told us what changes were necessary to bring it to code.

Description of Work: They were very nice and professional. My air conditioning unit was leaking from my condo into the guy's condo underneath mine. Something was stopped up. He left after fixing it. An hour later the drain pan started leaking again. He came back and this time it was fixed permanently.

+ -1 moreOne man, very friendly, arrived and worked for a while, then called for an additional worker to assist him in locating the problem. The issue was not resolved when they said it was, and a different individual arrived the following week, who, it appears, finally solved the problem. The bill was high, even though my unit was still under warranty.
Description of Work: Problem with one of my AC/Heating units, took them an entire day to locate the wrong connection, and another day to "fix" it. My units are still under warranty, and still the man hours cost $550. They had to return a third time to fix the same problem the next week. This they did without additional cost. I asked for a detailed receipt, and they sent me only a total amount of the bill on a receipt, not itemized as I requested.
