+ -1 moreHis equipment was not professional at all and kept breaking. He was older and needed help getting things up stairs. After he left we found chewing gum that came off his equipment in our carpet. He did not have a steam cleaner, only individual floor machine. We were not members of Angie's list at the time and got his name out of local newspaper.

+ -1 moreWe were extremely happy with Charlie overall. When I called for his service, he was able to be here within 2 days. He was prompt and had our carpets cleaned in 1 hour. We especially liked the dry clean method he uses so we do not have wet carpets all day. Will call him again and recommend him to family and friends.
