+ 10 morePerformance at times was excellent but we cannot recommend his services. We have been waiting months for Mr. Bozart to return and complete his commitments. He does not return our phone calls. This is a shame, as he would have been a person we would have considered for all future jobs but we WILL NOT be using his services again.
Description of Work: Bozart Brothers Construction, Inc. was contracted to build in a screened porch to a finished room. In addition, Joe Bozart also laid ceramic tile in our Kitchen, repaired our deck, installed a back door, poured a concrete pad and did othermiscellanous repair jobs to our home.

Description of Work: I called Gerald Bozart Thanksgiving weekend. I left a message for him to call me back which he did a couple of days later. He said he was interested in giving me a quote and would call the next day to arrange a time to come over. I still haven't heard a word from him.

+ 2 moreWe ended up not using their services. They seemed very professional. They were interested in getting the job done but we just found another company with a lower estimate. If need be, then I would use their services in the future for an estimate.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Bozart Brothers Construction about two months ago for interior finish work like completing the stairway, drywall, painting and trim work.

+ 2 moreSee above. If I were looking again for a contractor, Bozart would be my 1st call. My Uncle Al McFadden lives across the street and found his work to be superior as well. Call me. This contractor is Ace #1. as a principal of a high school, my expectations are high, and he received high marks in rigor, precision, on time, relevant, respect. Not much more to say,.
Description of Work: Joe Bozart and company rescued my from an imcompeted contratctor Edward. Joe came into my home which had no drywall, no floors, no ceilings, no kitchen and in a short period of time completed the work above my level of expectations. I have a beautiful home, with ceiling fans, skylights, tigerwood and tile flooring, all walls and ceilings drywalled and painted, crown molding in every room and over fireplace, kitchen with island, etc. Without the professional, timely, personable and punctual work of this company, i would have been relegated to piece meal and prolong the agony one feels from a scam contractor, Edward. KUDOS to Bozart ..

+ 3 moreThe job started on time and Mr. Bozart finished the project in the 6 weeks time alocated. Some delayes occured due to 1 subcontractor and me not ordering the kitchen cabinets earlier. Which Mr. Bozart overcame and still finished on time.
Description of Work: Mr Bozart remodeled a bathroom, relocated the kitchen, made a new bedroom, added a small hip roof over the front door. Enclosed a screened in porch to make it a sunroom. Installed all the kitchen cabinets. Installed all the tile in kitchen, bathroom and sunroom. Added crown molding to ceiling which is beautiful. Closed of 1 window and added another. I just love my "new" house.
