Top Quality Stone Works

Description of Work: Josh Whitstine, Seth Burns represented themselves as the owners of the business. Contracted to do stucco and minor rock work on retaining wall and new block garage. Work was poor quality and front wall was redone 3 times to correct poor finish. Rock work was crooked and not straight or level. The stucco work was partially done and then they never came back to finish the job. They were paid for about 75% of the job but only completed less than 50%. The rock work will have to be torn down and done over by another contractor. What should ha ve been done in 3-4 days wasn't complete after 3 weeks. They were sloppy and left the job with tools laying around, drink cans in the strret in front of the house, cement bags left uncovered in the rain and we were supplying the materials. They have very little knowlege of stucco and rock work although they claim 14 years in the business.
