Marcus from Papertown Powerwash came, looked over the exterior of the house, and gave us a very reasonable quote on power washing our house. Two other contractors gave quotes and Marcus gave the best one. Two days later he was here punctually at the appointed time, set up and worked steadily for over three hours. He did excellent work and went the extra mile to get the siding and windows clean and he was courteous and friendly. We would definitely hire him again. and recommend him highly.

I took bids for the exterior my house to be washed after several years of weather and dirt. Marcus the owner was the only one to show up, and when he told me he would, and he quoted me a fair price! The day of our scheduled appointment, once again came on time and got right to work. They were thorough and did a very professional job. I am not sure it has ever looked this good since I built it! Let me start with: HIRE PAPERTOWN. You will be grateful you did so. I can not say enough about Marcus and his incredible work ethic, a rarity these days. I had a different pressurewash group cancel a few minutes before their appointment time. I went back on Angi’s and found Papertown Powerwash. I explained I was having an operation in an hour and wouldn’t be able to walk him through my needs, but texted him a list. He came out and quietly walked my property, then called me later in the day with a quote- the quote is exactly what I’ve paid in the past so that felt reassuring. I called him on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon had my home squeaky clean. He took extra care working on my old house in the woods, making sure it looked it’s best. One of my best friends was here helping me. He has been in construction over 50 years. He was doing a few things on my house too and noted how kind Marcus is, offering to help if he needed his ladder moved and other things. My friend came in and said, “You know, it’s not often people go out of their way to help people. I really liked how Marcus spoke to me, how kind he was.” I’m still recovering from surgery, but went out and spoke to Marcus myself. I completely agree with his assessment. Marcus is forthright, kind, helpful and wow- my home, fence, and decks have never looked better. I told Marcus to please come back in the spring for touch up and again next fall after the leaves drop. I’m so glad that other contractor canceled. Lol. I’m a client for life.

Punctual, Professional, Courteous and Meticulous ......excellent....went beyond my expectations.

If I were able to look worldwide I would not be able to find as diligent worker as Marcus. Wish I had the foresight to take before and after pics. I live in a very humid area and doubt the deck had ever been cleaned. Now if looks like it has just been installed. Marcus went above and beyond, completing the job by flashlight ( have useless outdoor lighting). And my deck surrounds the entire home except for one small area. I plan on asking for Marcus for any future powerwashing I need.

We are planning to use him again for exterior window washing in a few weeks. We already referred him to a potential customer. The quote was performed in a professional manner and when scheduled. An appointment was set up and work done at scheduled time. Very conscientious and we were very pleased with the work done.

Marcus did everything that we agreed and then he cleaned a couple of things that were not in the original agreement for no charge.

Fantastic job! Marcus was on time, worked hard, and cleaned the entire outside of our 2-story house. He did a LOT more than expected with no added cost. He also cleaned our sidewalk (which was not discussed as part of the project). We offered to pay extra for that, and he refused. He said that he just got a new cleaning toy, and did it for free to see how it worked (it worked great!). Everything was spotless! He cleaned everything up, was so nice and courteous! He is also a military veteran. As he was working, a thunderstorm popped up. He sat in his truck for over an hour, waiting for the rain to stop. No charge. We offered for him to wait inside, but he said he had other scheduling to complete, so stayed in the truck. As soon as the rain stopped, he was back at it. I asked for extra business cards for referrals. I will ALWAYS use him in the future. I just can't say enough about his work. Outstanding! I wish I could give him 20 stars. You just don't see that kind of work ethic and honesty enough anymore.
