Robbie Moody, owner and operator of Cold Mountain Grading, is an exceptional young man. He is polite, professional, responsible, reliable and an outstanding problem-solver. His communication skills were excellent, and from his first visit, Robbie was able to offer solutions that others did not mention. He put in a new drain from the gutter, installed a new French drain along the side of the building that was too low, spread topsoil to raise about .5 of my yard, planted seed and covered with straw. Under my deck he built a retaining wall, and spread crushed stone to level. The job was done perfectly, and in only three days. I would definitely hire and recommend Robbie in the future.
