+ -1 moreJason took his time resulting in finding multiple Trojan viruses cleaning and adding preventive care. I can not begin to describe how grateful/ pleased to be rid of the nightmare I have been through. I was debating on chucking the whole computer. Be very comfortable knowing Byte Me knows what they are doing.
Description of Work: Byte me corrected a most infected Mac laptop. I had gone to City Mac multiple times without success. In fact, City Mac ended up making it perform worst.

+ -1 morePower button failed on desktop during a power failure. Jason trouble shot and found that the power button assembly had failed. Once the part arrived Jason replaced the button. I did not want to buy another desktop, so taking it to Jason saved me from buying another desktop. Jason explained what was needed and charged me a fair price.
Description of Work: Replaced power button on desktop computer.
