BOARD OF TRADE

Given that I did not have any idea what all was involved in the purchase, transport and set of up of a mobile home, I was very reliant on the Board of Trade staff. They were able to provide me with a list of mobile home parks to help me find a place to locate my new trailer, a list of contractors that had experience doing repairs and improvements on them, and even gave me some of the underpinning that I needed to meet code in my new development. The only aspect of the entire transaction that went less than smoothly was the scheduling of the delivery from the dealership to my new lot. Board of Trade is a very busy business (likely because of the quality of all their other services). All of their moves are handled by one transportation company and no one else is permitted to move homes from their lot. As a result, it took quite a bit of time between the purchase and the installation (which was made worse by rainy weather). Once they DID get my move scheduled, the installers showed amazing professionalism and worked together like a well oiled machine. It was pretty impressive to watch, actually. Board of Trade is definitely a business I would refer to others and would use again.
