Jeff quoted a price before we broke ground. He was easy to contact, did all work as expected. He stuck by his schedule. He was very patient with the long timeline. It took more than a year to get to the final stage and he took care of everything that changed throughout the process. He stayed positive and professional. His price was fair and consistent.

From the time we called Whitley Plumbing until they were done with plumbing our home, it was a pleasure working with them. Jeff Whitley is professional and helpful. His creq, including his son, did a great job. They were on time and completed each phase on target. Jeff was ready and prompt to do any steps needed to acheive positive inspections, which his work did on the first inspection. We are very pleased ato have found Whitley Plumbing and recommend them. Thanks Jeff, for making the plumbing part such a breeze for us!

I called Whitley Plumbing concerning toilet not holding water in the tank. He worked with me to get a good time to come out the next afternoon. They arrived close to the time they said they would. As we were discussing the problem, I mentioned other plumbing issues I had going on. We decided they would try to fix everything while they were there. They actually had to take the toilet out in bathroom # 1 and replace the flange. (not sure that's the correct term) Toilet was off level and rocked. This was also the toilet that would not hold water. Additional parts had to be bought for both toilets. Both owner and helper seemed very knowledgable and worked quickly. While waiting on parts to arrive, owner fixed line and reattached to ice maker. Both owner and helper were very professional and price was good for all they did and parts bought.

Disappointing!. I wasted half a day of PTO waiting for someone to not show up. I would have preferred him be honest and say he couldn't make the appointment.
