The work went extremely well. Jimmy phoned me ahead of his estimated arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional, efficient, and courteous. I had a list of what I needed done in the 2 hours allotted and each electrical item on my list was handled expertly. I would highly recommend this locally owned company for any electrical service you may require. They are very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with all of the work Jimmy did and the careful attention to leaving his work area neat and clean when finished. I will not hesitate to use Volt Electric USA in the future with any electrical project I need done. The service – from initial scheduling to the electrical work they do – is top notch! They are very focused on providing outstanding customer service!

Volt is fabulous! Can't say enough good things about them. Jim, the technician, has been with the company for years and was able to make decisions and suggestions and provide estimates for future work on the spot without having to check in with some faceless supervisor. He was prompt (early even!), friendly, professional, and courteous. I will most definitely use Volt again - in fact, I'm going to schedule an install of wired smoke/CO2 detectors right now!

Volt was really helpful in finding solutions for installing light fixtures in an old (90+ years) house with plaster walls with minimal intervention/risk of damage. The solutions required a lot of thought and ultimately looked really nice. The guys were also great at coming up with ideas for task lighting across the unfinished basement workshop, which they also installed. In total, this was a two-day project.

I've hired Volt a few times, mainly for installing outdoor electric power. Each time the service has been excellent, including by all three servicemen who have been here: Jim, Justin, and Mike. With the Angie's List coupon for $99 worth of service + parts, it's an excellent value. I've hired other electric companies and servicemen, but Volt has been the best. I highly recommend this company.

Exceptional customer service. Electrician was very professional and made two trips to the location to ensure that we were satisfied. It was too bad that the lighting unit turned out to be defective.

Very professional and thorough visit. Removed breaker and cleaned all connections from the meeter to the box. Took the time to turn on as many appliences as possible to recreate the issue and insure it was fixed. While the appliences were running to check the panel he installed a light fixure for me, bonus!

Two workers came promptly, did work I wanted. Quality of work was fine. I had a third project which I thought I had communicated to the dispatcher, but for which they did not have the required parts. So had to put that off, although it could have been completed in the purchased 2 hour time.

Very friendly, punctual, and professional staff. Had them back to install bathroom fans, install a new breaker, add outlets in kitchen, and more. They honored the price in the quote and even ended up charging me less for some things. The electricians were great. The office staff was also friendly, but a little disorganized, but it wasn't a big deal.

Wonderful!...I would recommend this company anytime. They honored their out of date certificate (which I could not take advantage of because of extensive travel on family matters)...offered me a prompt appointment date (when we finally caught up with each other)..showed up on time and had the problem solved within the hour.

Once they arrived (they got lost as the office gave a slightly wrong address), they got right to work, understood what we wanted and kept checking that they were installing where and how we wanted. Electrician very knowledgeable with new helper who was learning but very nice guy. They took an hour longer than we had paid for, so there was an extra $100 charge, even though they worked at a good rate. Everything was cleaned up well and looks and works great.

No complaints, the work was done efficiently and neatly, and they worked hard for the entire day.

I had used Volt before and I was very pleased with the work. This time was not any different. The tech was on time, friendly, professional and did clean work. He did an excellent job, did everything I asked and did it within the time included in the special.

Well as embarrassed as I am to say this, after having my cousin install a new dishwasher, we could not get it to work. He tested the line supplying power to the dishwasher and it was dead - no power. I looked on Angie's list and found Volt Electrical had a special. 2 hours - $99 for an electrician, so I got it. They contacted me right away and set up an appointment. The guy came out (wish I could remember his name - heck ANY name) and walked into the kitchen flipped on a light switch over the dishwasher and bam - on came the dishwasher, he turned around and say "I fixed it" I couldn't believe it! I missed that switch the whole time. (who puts the electricity for a dishwasher on a light switch?) Anyway the guy was FABULOUS he tried to fixed something else, but he's an electrician so I told him not to worry about it, and sent him on his way. I was totally prepared to eat the 99. because it was my fault, but the lovely woman in the office called back and told me that since that was a totally waste of time that I could use another hour in the future. They were great and I will always use them no matter what the cost. HIGHLY recommend them!

I was very pleased, once again, with the service from Volt Electric. They are punctual, knowledgeable and very efficient. The service technician, Armando, provided helpful advice, was very courteous, and was able to finish all projects. I highly recommend Volt Electric.

Per the suggestion of one of the Volt electricians, I replaced all our standard ceiling bulbs with LED, after he had come out and installed new wall switches. The problem was that the LED's would not shut off, only dim. It turned out that that particular switch was not compatible with LED lights. I called Volt and they not only came out and reinstalled the correct bulbs (20' ceiling by the way), but waived the previous charges. This is customer service you just don't SEE anymore! Volt is and will continue to be my #1 source for electrical work. Everyone can make a mistake but not every company so willingly and cheerfully back their work. Volt does.

Normally, I will perform this kind of maintenance myself; changing switches, outlets, etc but the original work done by whoever contracted the house back in 2006 was less than adequate and confusing. Armando from Volt arrived, I walked him through what my concerns were, and other than my having to run up to Ace Hardware for a part he didn't have in his van, he was thorough, helpful and instructive. He had everything done in just over an hour. This is my 2nd work order from Volt and they are courteous and on the ball. Highly recommend!
