 + -1 moreBrad's work on both my projects was top-notch in every respect. The replacement deck, using new Trex decking, is perfect due to Brad's professionalism, conscientiousness, and attention to detail. The same quality result was achieved on the railing and posts for my front porch, which he was able to repair and improve without having to totally rebuild the steps, as I was afraid might be the case. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brad again and can highly recommend him for any projects in his areas of expertise.

Description of Work: a cabinet above the refrigerator area had tobe cut down to accomodate taller fridge.

 + -1 moreI sent Brad a link from Houzz with an entrance I liked and he took it from there. He matched the example perfectly only modifying it where necessary to fit my house. He finished the project ahead of time and under budget. I don't know my neighbors well but two have stopped by to tell me just how much they like the new entrance. I'd hire Moritz Carpentry again in a second.
Description of Work: Built a custom entrance including curved arch and fluted porch columns.

 + -1 moreI had a sort of emergency requirement. I was getting new gutters on Wednesday, and the corner boards were rotten where downspouts resided. Brad came over on short notice and we got the job done before the rain and the gutter people came. I couldn't have done it without him. He does excellent work and is knowledgeable in all aspects of carpentry.
Description of Work: Ripped off corner boards of my house and replaced them with Mirotec (sp?) boards. Measured and cut the boards to size, caulked, primed them, and painted - All in record time. I was in a hurry, but Brad cut no corners while doing it right.

 + -1 moreBrad Moritz lives in my neighborhood, and he is known as a Master Craftsman. He has performed beautiful work totally remodeling neighbor's houses, building sheds, etc. This is why I hired him. He did his usual excellent job on my house, and I will not hesitate to use him again.
Description of Work: Brad replaced (with hardie board) some of the masonite boards that were rotting on my dormers and painted. He also repaired and replaced fascia boards, using vinyl moldings where possible, and painted.
