Description of Work: I had already purchased a piece of carpeting to be installed on my basement floor. The furniture had already been moved, and the floor was clear. As I requested, Michael glued the piece of carpet directly to the basement floor (no padding underneath). The room is 12 by 22 feet. He helped move a few pieces of furniture back after he was done, and he removed the old carpet. He did a fine job; the cut is neat and professional. He was courteous and arrived when he said he would. The work took him about five or six hours. I paid him $170.00. I did not get any other estimates or compare prices as I didn't have time.

+ -1 moreHe came right out and did a fine job stitching and stretching the carpet. He knew what he was doing and we were very satisfied with the finished product.
Description of Work: He stretched and patched about 1000 square feet of carpet in our house.
