+ -1 moreHigh quality work at a good price. Very sensitive to cost of materials and leaving site in good order. Hired and coordinated plumber and electrician. Coordinated with my HVAC and AV hires. Obtained all necessary permits, inspections and approvals. Tended to underestimate time requirements.
Description of Work: Finished raw 1800 sq ft basement, acting as builder and contractor. Included specialized rooms, wine cellar and home theater.
