 + 2 moreBill did a awesome job on all repairs. He is very honest and reliable. He came back and did another job for us. We would definately use the company again.
Description of Work: Water damage in my kitchen had destroyed the subflooring and base boards. Bill tore out all the flooring, replaced all the floor joist, subflooring and installed laminate.

 + 2 moreThey're reliable, professional, and clean. They clean up after themselves when they do a paint job or something. I never have to send in a cleaning crew. The people are very friendly and easy to talk to. They always answer our phone calls and handle things in a timely manner.
Description of Work: We use Ideal Maintenance on a daily basis. We are a property management company, and they handle all of our standard maintenance and move out clean ups.

 + 3 moreVery professional, trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable leaving him in my home while i was at work. Tidied up after he left and completed all jobs requested. Will definately use him again.
