 + -1 moreI called for an estimate. They didn't get back to me for a week to ten days. By that time I had hired someone else. To be fair, the person who answered the phone (the owner?) said he had broken his leg and his brother would call me back. It may well be that their normal procedures were temporarily not working, and they would do better from now on.

Description of Work: My yard had gone back to nature.I hired Hinson's to reclaim it. They cut back the weeds, trimmed the shrubs and overgrown trees, cut the grass, and mulched everything.

 + -1 more.enTransformed my property from a mess to pristine. I was unable to do my Autumn leaf removal this year due to a recent surgery. Mr. Hinson and his crew came out and removed all of the leaves, branches, and yard debris (which they hauled off), that had accumulated over the last two months and then mowed the yard. And when I say all, I mean ALL. I have extensive gardens and shrubbery, and they went deep and were very thorough. This is the best my property has looked in the winter since I have lived here. And if the price may seem a bit steep, trust me, it was worth every penny. The place was a jungle. It would have taken me days to do the same amount of work his crew (four men) accomplished in about 4 hours. Mr. Hinson also gave me a very reasonable estimate to regravel my driveway and parking area and I have hired him to do this work in January. He is courteous, accurately explains what he will do, and he returns calls in a timely fashion, the latter being a pet peeve of mine, so I'm really pleased with the experience from start to finish
Description of Work: Removed and hauled off leaves and debris and mowed yard, trimmed dead growth at my private residence.

 + 0 moreThis is a father and sons operation that works hard and takes pride in what they do. They did things to enhance the looks of the landscaping that I wouldn't have even though of. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work and will be hiring them again for periodic landscape maintenance.
Description of Work: We just bought a house that was in desperate need of some landscaping. It had a small pond/water fall out front that was neglected, plus the walkway was a series of concrete pavers that were cracked and sunken down in places. After getting several quotes, we got Mark out and we knew immediately he was the guy for the job. He recommended all kinds of improvements and we could tell he has a lot of experience in what he does. He showed us some photos of other projects, and we fell in love with the stone paving work he had done. The craftsmanship of the stone paving was amazing. He used three types of stone to create a sweeping walkway from the parking area to the main house including a branch off to a sitting area in front of the waterfall and over to an outbuilding. In addition to this, he trimmed all the trees, mulched and cleaned up planter beds and planted a variety of flowers/plants. He even spray painted some old cast iron lawn furniture we had to make it all come together. The place looks great. The new walkway and surrounding grounds blend so well together.
