Description of Work: My experience with Gibson Grading was far more than satisfactory. With David's expertise my homesite was transformed from an area with poor drainage issues and a crumbling landscape into a real showcase! Through the use of several different earthmovers and fabric barriers, he literally sculpted the land here and even reseeded my lawn! Follow this with a resurfaced road bond driveway, custom parking area and a tailored turn around, I couldn't be happier. Last but not least, I'm loving my new peastone patio! David is a very polite and an extremely well educated young man. He is also easy on the eyes, making this entire experience an A+++!

Description of Work: Cleaned up an old fence line. He did a fantastic job!

Description of Work: Fixed area in dirt driveway damaged by heavy rains.

Description of Work: David used a jackhammer to dig a trench in the concrete floor around the interior perimeter of the room. He then filled it with gravel, installed a piping system which leads to a sump pump in the adjacent crawl space, and then filled the trench with concrete. He also cleaned my gutters and sealed cracks in the concrete walls exterior and interior. With the recent rain we had - about 4 inches in a 24 hour period - the basement was perfectly dry. David went above and beyond on this job. He has even checked back with me several times to see how everything was working. I intend to hire him to do all my household repairs in the future! I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I had a sink hole next to my driveway. I contacted David to come out and give me an estimate. He came when he said he would and we discussed the options. While he was there I also had him look at an area where standing water would stay for days in the middle of my long driveway. In the winter this area would become icy and very slick. I also had him review 2 areas of the back yard where I had drainage problems. He came up with solutions for all 4 items. David came when he said he would to fix the issues and was completed on time. The big test for the driveway occurred a few days later when we had a big gully washer come through. The drainage worked great and my friends commented that I had lost my “lake” in the driveway.
