Mr. GIbson is not finished with the work but expects to complete the job Aug. 7th or 8th, 2013. He is diligent, sends daily email reports on progress and informs us of possible needs to be working on the driveway so we can plan around going and coming. I feel he is thorough, competent, professional and experienced. I would highly recommend him to others. UPDATE: Due to 2+ severe downpours, the repair of our culvert had to be fixed. This was in no way the fault of Mr. Gibson. I have lived here 28 years and NEVER have I seen the amount of rain that came down in these two storms. Mr. Gibson actually did several adjustments to the driveway repair due to the results of damage from these storms. Mr. Gibson gave a very fair estimate to repair the storm damage and completed this work favorably on the date he gave us for return. Again, he was prompt, communicated his schedule and was exceedingly professional in his work. We are all completely satisfied and would highly recommend Mr. Gibson to anyone.
Description of Work: He estimated driveway repair to excellent condition for use. He provided prompt service, a professional estimate

This area had bad rainfalls in record amounts. the road and ditchlines was not in good shape and no water could go into ditches. I spent several days cleaning ditches pitching the road correct to divert watershed into ditch, then we hauled for several days and layed down roadbond. a day or two later they had several downpours, the road held great but the large culvert sutsained damage due to flash floods. I drove dozer into creek and clean out and brought in rocks weighing several hundred pounds and lines area in front of culvert, then I excvavted creekbed and created a birm to slow water and made a catch area just in case of flash flood. everybody on this road was great to work with and allowed me the time to fix everything. I am looking forward to working with them on a road maintenance to keep road in good shape. thank you for letting us work on this project

Overall it went great and as planned without any surprises. We had previously used Gibson Grading a year prior to fix our upper and lower drive with some grading and putting down crushed rock. This time we had to redo the upper because of severe rain, rutting and drain pipe clogging. David brought at least 2 loads of gravel and resurfaced the top drive and used a heavier rock this time which we all thought was a good idea. We're very pleased with David's work and would definitely hire again. It's good to now have a good go to guy in the instance we need some work done. Very responsible and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: David the owner came out to repair a rutted upper drive after some severe heavy rains.

I originally contacted MasterDry because there was water seeping into the basement through the block wall. MasterDry wanted to sell me a system that I felt was not warranted because there wasn't enough water in the basement to require installing a sump pump - which is what they wanted to do. I searched for other basement waterproofing contractors on Angie's List and found David Gibson from Gibson's Grading and contacted him. He adjusted his busy schedule to come to the house to see what was needed. He felt that the problem was the water flow on the outside of the house and by rerouting the water and installing a drainage system to the outside the problem would be taken care of. He was able to schedule a time to come and install the drainage system around the outside of the house where the water was seeping into the basement. There was also a problem with a corner wall in the basement that had apparently been repaired at sometime but not done correctly. He fixed that wall and he also applied dry-lock to the block wall in the basement. I am very pleased with the work that David did. The problem has been solved at what I feel is a reasonable price for the amount of work that was done. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation or drainage issues you might have.
Description of Work: Installed drainage system, repaired wall, applied dry-lock to storage room

there were several factors that was leading to issue, some of the grading was wrong and the gutter drain was clogged and pouring water down foundation. I fixed these issues and adjusted grade to correct level. I found a small hole in wall that was cuased by poor workmanship, I filled in and made sure it was sealed. I enjoyed working with them, thank you for letting us help you and I look forwadr to working with you in future

David 's work is outstanding. He provides high quality products and outstanding customer service. Prior to starting the work he did an estimate. The cost of the finished project was the exact cost of the estimate. As the work involved digging in the front lawn he was extremely careful around all the plants and trees. He dug up drain pipe from a 58 year old system. There were places along the drain trench where he needed to cut buried roots and removed buried rock. He was extremely careful with all aspects of his work. David is a true craftsman. He is honest, reliable and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of drainage and how to control and /or prevent future drainage problems. He demonstrated excellent communication skills in describing, in non-technical terms, his assessment of the problem and how the work would be accomplished. We were so happy with the quality of his work that we ask him to put us on his schedule for the Fall to replace another drain line. We found David on Angie's List. We are grateful to all the other members who rated David Gibson with all those high marks. He's earned an A+ from us too..
Description of Work: David provided outstanding service on replacing an exterior drain. He dug out approximately 40 feet of old drain pipe originally installed in the 1950's and replaced it with new drain pipe. The pipe extended from the outside gutter drain to the street. Additionally he installed two clean-outs at different points along the drain line. He used his knowledge and experience to ensure that the placement of the drain across the front yard and down a hill had the proper pitch for drainage.

David's repairs didn't quite stop all the water and we did also have to have the interior trenched and a sump pump added by another contractor. In fairness to David, we had had a previous quote that basically predicted that our basement was going to be very difficult to repair because of the strange half-dirt foundation. David was always attentive to our project. We liked that he updated us via regular emails. Now, the basement is dry, the tree is gone and, with all the torrential rains we've had in Asheville, we are happy with the work David did.
Description of Work: David Gibson worked on repairing the basement in the 1930's era cottage we purchased. It had a very strange basement in that the lower part is cement-covered dirt and the top part is the original brick foundation. Needless to say, there were constant, serious water leaks. David trenched the exterior to the bottom of the brick foundation, sealed the interior walls, removed a tree that was crushing the foundation at back of the house. David called in a sub contractor plumber to fix the exterior drain line.

The house they purchased was having alot of water issues, The house was build with general foundation and later on was dugg out for a basement which created a very shallow footing and crerated a problem for water issues. We started on the outside installed french drain and new gutter lines, sealed the outside wall then repaired a bad corner. then went on inside of basement sealed inside walls. Ond day during a heavy rain he had a backflow from sewer which plumber did fix. as noted in e mails this would be difficult to repair so we was doing this in stages to repair. after these stages was complete i was working on other projects and all these rains we have been having put me behind and we was planning on installing interior drain system. But i could not meet his timeframe for this stage because i was in middle of another project and behind because of weather.I was looking Forward to installing interior drain but i do understand he had get another contractor to do last stage because of his time frame. If the outside system had not been put into place before all these rains came the basment would have been flooded bad. The outside system slowed water rate down 75%. shallow footings and hand dugg basements are hard to fix and most of the time the outside systems will work or slow down water intrusion.sometimes a sump pump or interior drain has to be installed but it a is rare. (deleted member name) and his family was really good to work with and allowed us to do our job. i apperciate letting us to do the work for you and i look forward to working with you in the future

David Gibson is in a class by himself; in a word, 'world class'. David gave us a detailed explanation of the work required to fix the water problems in our basement. Our problem was when we had more than 2 inches of rain the basement floor would be covered with water. David presented us with a detailed design and the total cost to fix the problem. As the work progressed David made adjustments to the plan. David insisted on keeping the quoted price even though additional materials and effort were needed. One especially nice feature of David's work is the daily emails describing how the job was progressing, explaining what work was completed and what was still to be done. It is truly unusual for one man to be exceptional in all aspects of his craft-- from the initial proposal, to the implementation and communication with the customer. Would I recommend David to my friend and neighbors? You bet I would! We have never been more satisfied with a contractor's work. We just had three inches of rain and the basement is dry as a bone.

Thank you for those nice words. This house had several issues which required inside and outside work. They was getting water in several places in basement along the wall and footings. I started on inside first and right off when i cut thru the floor i noticed massive amount of moisture and the house had very shallow footings. I trenched out along the wall and installed a interior drain just as i finished the concrete work inside we had a storm come thru and it was bad, there was ankle deep water in street. 30 minutes into this water started flowing out interior drains and it was not even set up yet. even before it was set up the syetme was working and no water was coming in basement.I noticed in one corner that brick foundation was crumbling so i repaired it for him for no charge and sealed back wall. i wanted to do this because i did not want him to have a major foundation issue later on. Next we we replaced gutter lines which everyone was not working and causing water to backflow toward foundation. we installed a engineered french drain and foundation drain. i upgraded drain system because it had more water flow rate and i wanted to make sure he did not have to worry about all the water coming off hill hitting his foundation. I did not charge for this upgrade. the project went very well even thou it rained on me several times. John and his wife i enjoyed working for them and they made it easy for me to work and gave me access when i needed it. i will go back later this year to seal other parts of basement walls. Thank you for letting me work on your project

This project went very well. It took him four or five days to do everything. I had to work, so I didn't see him in person, but he took pictures and sent me daily emails with updates without my even asking. Despite my not having been apart of the process, I feel confident that the work was done well. So far, I have not had any problems with water in my basement, and we have had some pretty good rains.
Description of Work: David worked on this project himself. He installed a french drain, excavated my foundation and sealed it, graded my yard to improve run-off, buried drainage lines from my gutters, and cleaned up and sealed the basement wall from the inside. He then cleaned up well and seeded grass.

There was several problem areas and when i started i quickly found that he had several holes in foundation and the gutter lines was not working. i started on the outside, i repaired and sealed outter foundation and installed french drain along foundation and new gutter lines. i also re graded slope to divert water away from foundation. then inside basment i noticed that some construction methods was wrong with step up in basement floor and the application of tile was not correct. when i pulled back trim i noticed alot of mold and moisture. This was caused from water coming from outside. i removed mold and seealed seems. one thing did concern me is the construction of floor in basement, when i was sealing seems i noticed several misteps when floor was done which would allow moisture to build up under floor during a wet season. i have let him know this just in case. the project went well and i apperciate (name removed) and his wife letting me work on his project, i look forward to working with them in the future

We had purchased a home about 6 months prior and were very concerned when we discovered slugs coming in through a small gap in the baseboard in one of the bedrooms. I called Gibson Grading and Construction the next morning and explained what we'd found, and he came to our home that afternoon to inspect the area. He said that it was not unusual for a small amount of settling to occur on the corner of a home and believed very little further settling would occur. He gave us a price to improve drainage on the corner of our home, to do a repair inside that would eliminate slugs in the future, and to close the gap between the baseboard and carpet. What meant most to us was his assurance that we did not have a major problem requiring immediate attention that required a lot of money to fix. We have not seen slugs since, but if it becomes a problem, we will be in touch with Mr. Gibson again.
Description of Work: Evaluated foundation settling and made a recommendation with estimate.

Once again, David was kind, professional, worked hard to diagnose and fix my problems, and went above and beyond so I won't have to worry about drainage issues again from my gutters or along my foundation. He had noticed on a previous job that my support beam wasn't adequate and I had not realized the dip in the floor until he pointed it out between my master bedroom and bath. My home inspector had noted the floor joist covered too large a span when I bought my house 2 years ago and had approved another contractor's support pier. Unfortunately, that was not doing the job 2 years later. David was able to raise the floor 3 inches without cracking the bathroom tile or wall so that the floor was completely level, changed the beam with a new one to adequately support the weight of the floor and bathroom appliances/pocket doors, and built 3 piers that support the weight well. Everything is now level and flush. He excavated along the side of the house by hand so as to not disturb my holly bushes and was able to replace a slightly leaking gutter drainage tube. He suspects the greater part of the problem on the side of the house is the way the stairs and sidewalk were added so that water goes under the footer toward the house. After sealing with waterproofing paint and concrete, he flooded that sidewalk with water to compare to the heavy rain that we had last weekend and didn't see a drop of water in the crawl. While he still has concern about the outdoor structure (and I can't do anything about that at this time), I feel sure that he has done everything that can be done to keep my crawl dry in the future and his thorough testing showed no water penetration. He spent the first day diagnosing the problem and planning his work to be sure all my drainage issues were taken care of. When he excavated at the front of the house, he discovered the front gutter lines were not installed correctly and even the electrical ground was not attached properly which he fixed! He put in the drains correctly, cleaned my front yard drain so it works now, and added another french drain so that my garage drain will not be overwhelmed in heavy rain (he also corrected some cracks in that drain) and front gutter drainage will be directed away from the house on the right. David spent 4 days working at my home, left everything tidy, and I don't expect to have any more issues with water. He also put in new front gutter shields for me at no cost and walked my roof and told me my roof has a good 10 years on it, so not to worry about saving for a new roof right away. I am grateful for his good work, kindness, and keeping the price as reasonable as he could for me. He is incredibly responsive to e-mails and willing to chat nightly about the progress of the work so homeowners fully understand how things are going. He also recommended a dehumidifier so the earth floor (covered with a water vapor barrier) will stay dry when the water table is high. I hope I don't need his services again in a long, long time, but I will recommend David and am glad he was able to do this work for me. David came back to fix 2 of my drainage lines that a bear unfortunately tore up this fall. He did a nice job with the repair and verified one other area of damage was a non-functional line. He charged me a reasonable rate of $100 to fix the 20' or so of both lines.
Description of Work: David came back to fix a structural beam in my crawl and raise the floor which was sagging (3"!), diagnose my "water in the crawl" problem and replace the rest of my gutter lines along with adding another french drain, and applying waterproofing paint and concrete to seal at my shallow footer in the crawl.

David and his Father did exactly what they said they were going to do and More. I would with out a question Hire them again! They are honest and hard workers. By the way I was not home at the time the work was done.
Description of Work: I called David Gibson and left him a message. I received an email and a phone call back from David, David came out to my house and gave me an estimate right there on the spot for Re-Doing my Driveway in Road bond and Gravel. My driveway was in bad shape and steep at the top. David suggested several options on the way the driveway should be done. I also asked him if it was his driveway how would you do it. After talking to David and hearing his advice I hired his Company to do the Job. I hired David because he was looking out for what was best for me, not was best for him or the easiest. David and his Father would shave the top of the driveway and replace the gravel with road bond at the top and gravel for the rest of the drive way, Part of the job was also to extend my drive way by 15x34.

he has a very step bank that was so close to his house he could not access it very well, there was just enough room to walk. we had planned to grade out and install a rock formation. however upon further review of job i informed bud that we can use timbers and i could give him more room to be able to reach his septic area.He agreed, i took my small dozer with trackhoe and excavated out area. which weather was not very good, it would rain, then snow. After rough excavation i tested area by driving my truck and small dump truck to ensure he had enough room. I built wall out of timbers, then sloped bank then once done i spread gravel beside house and up against wall. Bud was a pleasure to work with and was very patient especially with the rain delays and snow delays.I really appreciate bud allowing me to help him with his project, The project took me longer than planed this had to do with the crazy weather we have been having. i look forward to working with him in future on other projects

I chose David due to his years of experience, knowledge of drainage and septic systems, and civil engineering degree. He was very kind (including to my pets), accommodating to my wish for a written contract, and not only corrected my surface problem but also likely headed off a future septic disaster as my gutter drainage was not moving through my old drainage tubing but rather into my leech field (the tubing underground had holes throughout, just as he suspected when he provided my estimate). I was very nervous as a new homeowner and new to septic systems to have anyone disturb the septic field. I was very grateful after he excavated and laid new drainage piping (twice the thickness of my old piping) that he was able to tell me my system was in excellent condition and should last decades. He did a nice job covering the new piping with soil and hay and my yard now looks much better. He also provided me measurements on a drawing detailing exactly where my new drainage tubing lies in relationship to my current septic and reserve field. The pictures he sent to me of the work done and his detailed explanation of how the job went also was very helpful to me. I now better understand water drainage, septic systems, and I am much more at ease about my new home/yard. His cost was very reasonable and he did some sealing at my crawl door and side drainage tube for no extra cost. I am most grateful for his expertise and the work he did to ensure my peace of mind. I was also so appreciative that David was willing to work around my work hours, was so responsive to my e-mails, and took so much time with me so that I would feel comfortable with him as a professional and the work to be done. He will be fixing the drainage tubing at the front and sides of the house as the recent rain indicates I'm having similar problems with my 15 year old drainage tubing there.
Description of Work: David removed by broken gutter drainage piping from alongside my septic leech field, excavating as necessary, and dug new underground trenches, laying better grade new piping to carry water from my house gutters into the woods. The new piping is a good distance from my leech field sides and doesn't lie on the field reserve either.

I called David Gibson and left a message for a call back. David called me back within hours on the same day. I described the work I needed and David said he would come to my house the following day. At exactly the time he said he would be at my house, David arrived to look over the job site -- a private road requiring grading and gravel. David explained exactly what he could do; he provided me options and explained the pros and cons of each. We decided on an option and David gave me an exact quote. We scheduled a day for the work to begin. David said the only thing that would delay the start was heavy rain or snow. On the scheduled start date, the weather happened to be fairly miserable with a mix of light rain/snow and windy cold -- not a great day at all to be outside. Nonetheless, on the scheduled start date, David and his father showed up with equipment and material. Two days later, they had completed the job exactly how and when he said he would do it. We are very pleased with the results. And to top things off, David had noticed we had some low spots in the parking area of our driveway so on the last day of the job, his father brought in some extra gravel at no charge and spread it in the parking area. Talk about service! From start to finish, David was extremely professional, polite, hard working and honest. As I said, we could not be happier with the results. On a personal level, David is very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. I enjoyed talking with his Dad too! Thank you both for your great work.
Description of Work: The work involved grading and placing gravel on a private road on our property.

When i met with marc we looked over his driveway he was wanting to repair, the road was in pretty good shape but it needed to be redone, there was several areas that was soft and needed to be built back up. marc was wanting it to look good, so i gave him a option of road bond or 1 1/4 washstone. Normally on that type of slope is use road bond but i told him that he could use 1 /1/4 washstone so it would look good and last a long time marc agreed to price and washstone. before we started hauling i let marc know i could not bring larger or heavy truck up the community road because it would damage and ruin the road because of the heavy load and truck weight, so we used my single axle truck and dump trailer to haul gravel in. Running smaller loads and smaller truck and dump trailer took a day longer than normal but it did not damage road. marc said that was ok. The weather was not good first day but we lucked out because it was not bad enough to stop us from working. Everything went well, marc had a parking area that was thin and i went ahead and hauled in a few tons to fix that even thou it was not in deal i felt like the area needed and it was no trouble at all to fix that area for marc. i apperciate marc letting me and my dad fix his driveway, we both enjoyed talking with him and fixing his driveway

It was a very positive experience. David is knowledgeable, competent, efficient and thorough. He was concerned with my opinion and wanted to be sure things were done to my satisfaction - and his. He hauled away the mud and gravel mixture he had to remove and left the site in perfect order. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and am very glad I hired him. He absolutely will be on my list of contractors to call for further needs.
Description of Work: I have a gravel parking area that was in need of new gravel. In addition, a drunk driver plowed up one end of it, dragging mud with him. David responded immediately to my email and came out to give a bid within a few days. The following week, he arrived on Monday to do the job, which was completed in one day. While he was here, I mentioned that I'd had water in my finished basement several times during the last 13 years - twice during the month of January. When I showed him the exterior location, he immediately pointed out a gutter on my porch and said he was fairly sure that was causing the problem. He then looked again at the parking area and said it could be draining into the same spot. He recommended a French drain across part of the parking lot and a drain attached to the gutter, burying it in the yard, taking it under a fence and attaching it to the French drain. Because he hadn't begun grading the driveway, the additional cost for the drains was extremely low. He installed the drains, regraded areas of the parking lot, brought in loads of gravel and smoothed everything out, including the dirt over the gutter drain through the yard. It's a very professional job.

Member's driveway was in need to be regravled, and the drunk driver made it worse, i meet with her to look over the project, she told me about her basment with a leak, i did notice 2 areas that was pooling water. she had a exposed gutter drain that during rain would pool water in front, and in her driveway near front gate the grade was not deflecting water away. due to grade i could not get good fall so i recomended a french drain and install a gutter line in front. in her driveway we spread 3/4 washstone and installed the drains. i am glad she is happy with the results. She was lucky her house was not hit by the drunk driver. the section of road she lives on people drive crazy, i was almost rear ended 2 times in my dumptruck when i was pulling in her driveway hauling gravel. i enjoyed working with her and i look forward to working with her infuture

David and his dad, Joe, came when promised and appear to have done an excellent job; I'm confident the driveway will hold up for a substantial period of time now. I would definitely recommend Gibson's Grading and Construction to others needing similar work.
Description of Work: Mr. Gibson and his father re-graded our gravel driveway, which had been badly washed by recent heavy rains. They deepened the ditch line, shaped the drive, and put on about three loads of new gravel/road bond.

Member's driveway was due to be scraped and the ditchline needed to be restablished and cleaned out. all this rain we have been getting made the driveway worse overtime this winter. we established ditclines, smoothed and crowned road, hauled in roadbond. I did haul in 1 extra load because of a area was really wet and i wanted to make sure it was solid. i did not charge extra for the load. i apperciate you letting me and my dad help with your project.

David met with me to confirm the exact location where the line needed to be installed and did a nice job explaining how the process would be completed. There were a few weather delays but the job was completed professionally once he got started. Davis had very good communication with me and was on time for our meetings. I would recommend his services if you need some trenching.
Description of Work: I am building a new home and needed someone to trench and install a water line from the city water line to the home site. This required trenching on rough land without prior improvements.

(Work to begin in March 2013.) 9/15/13 Work is now to begin in October 2013. Was delayed due to rain. We'll give an update after work is performed. NOTE: The above "Approximate date of service" 9/12/2013 is actually the "last contact" - No service has been done to date.
Description of Work: 2/20/13 (today) Work has not yet begun - but will be in March. 1/28/13 Contacted Mr. Gibson. 1/30/13 Mr. Gibson came to review our water issues. 2/1/13 We received Mr. Gibson's estimate of $8300 Less: $800 (Angie's List discount) = $7500. We contacted Mr. Gibson and asked him to do the following work for us, which will be done in March consisting of 5 areas to stop our water issues from runoff: 1) foundation french drains (involving removing our back wood porch to access a section to be worked on; 2) gutter drain lines: excavation and installation of 4" pipes; 3) grading; 4) seal seam inside garage/lower level of home; and 5) install roof shield to divert water. This is just a brief outline . The work he will perform is quite extensive. Mr. Gibson informs us that he is committed to other jobs at the moment, and backed up due to the 4 days of rain we've been experiencing. He is scheduled to perform our work sometime in March 2013. We are very confident that we have chosen "the" man to perform this work to stop the water issues we are experiencing and look forward to working with Mr. Gibson soon. His caring and professionalism have secured our opinions, along with his prompt attention in coming to our home and presenting an estimate. 9/12/13 David contacted us to say he plans to begin our work in October.

when i meet with them i did notice several areas around house that was causing the issues. The plan i have in place will fix the issues and reduce moisture content in basement. when i reviewed the project i did notice the issues they have could be very costly. The plan i came up with made the project more affordable but fixes the issues and will be a lasting fix. orginally when i was reviewing fix for the issues,i was figuring about $12000-$13000 but i knew this would be a burden so refigured job and the methods i would apply and i was able to reduce excavation area impact, labor and a more effective solution. i look forward to getting started, i hope we have a break in rain, it seems to rain every day or so.

David was very responsive after my initial inquiry, offering to come out for a site visit the next day after we spoke. He explained why the current materials were not working, that the condition would deteriorate over time and offered his solution. I received an estimate from him that same day. The work got started a bit later than we'd originally planned due to heavy rain, but it was not a big deal since David kept me updated on the conditions and when he anticipated the ground would dry out enough to work. The work was performed in the original time he estimated and David was kind enough to work with us on the pricing despite having to bring in additional loads of road bond. I live in Charlotte full time and could not be on site during the work, but David was very proactive with the communications, sending me updates along with photos when the job was finished. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use David again!
Description of Work: Our steep mud/gravel driveway had become a mess after the recent heavy rains and contractors driving 2 wheel drive vehicles up and down did not help the situation. David scraped the driveway (approximately 2/10 of a mile), removed all of the mud and soft areas, pitched the driveway to shed water towards the culverts, spread road bond and cleaned out the culverts to ensure water would flow freely.

Her drive was in bad shape, especially with all this rain we have been having. The drive was very step and orginally had washstone which was wrong application for the driveway. i went in and graded off the mud and made sure the road was crowned so water would flow to ditch instead of road. i hauled in road bond and spread and compacted. i did haul in a few extra loads because there was one area had got worse, but i did not charge extra because i knew she was on a budget and i wanted to make sure this was a lasting fix . i look forward to working with her in future, i plan to do maintenance 1-2 times a year on her driveway to make sure it last.

I enjoyed working with woody on his project, his house was unlevel plus sinking in middle, when i started i noticed the floor joist was old oak logs that was large, over years the logs had swayed in middle and caused uneven floors thru the house. i went in and jacked up house and built beams and piers. this helped it alot. it was time consuming to fix but the project worked really well. i look forward to working with him on his next project. Thank you for letting me help you with your project

His Driveway was in dire need to be redone, near his house plumbing contractors installed a water line and tore part of the road up pretty bad,and he was having watershed hitting beside his house. plus in the back of his house he was having water pooling. we scraped driveway, installed small culvert near house to catch water, installed a dual french drain in back to catch water off bank and direct into ditchline. The project went really well and he will have a driveway that will last a long time. i apperciate letting us fix your driveway. I look forward to working with you in the future

The tenants said that they came late and left early. The tenants were upset because they didn't tell the tenants when they were coming. They said the tenants that they will only spend half day there, but the job stretched on 2 to 3 times longer than it should have. There were leaks right through the brand new roof and we had to have them come back.

Very easy to work with and gave a competitive price. Grading was necessary due to poor home construction and years of neglect. Several proposals were offered for remedy but David's was the least intrusive to the condo owners. System is now working to shunt rainwater away from homes.

when i looked at the issue they was having the drainage was very poor! Plus the gutter drians was clogged and non functioning.there was a rock wall in back, which made project difficult because i needed to take grade down without undermining wall. so i came up with a solution to grade and install catch basins in critical areas to catch watershed and divert away. i wanted to make sure to keep noise down as well not to interfer with people living in condos so i brought in smaller equipment and i kept working hours between 10am-5pm. Everybody was nice and gave me time to complete the project and gave me room that i needed during the process. I really apperciate them allowing us to help them with their project. I look forward to working with them on other projects they have.
