Forrest just repaired 6 ridge vent shingles and a flat shingle within 15 minutes for $100. A competitor had quoted us $2,100 for the same job (usury). Forrest has been in business under the same business name since the 90's. Nice guy. He even gave me roofing nails and told me exactly how I could repair it myself next time. Amazing.

These folks are dedicated roof experts. We had many leaks behind gutter. They were very knowledgeable and did amazing work in little time, all during a torrential downpour. Thank you Forrest Roofing for keeping our house safe and dry and for your outstanding customer service.

Roof looked good and seemed like fair price but after payment when couple of leakes came up he never returned repeated phone calls to address issue. Never heard from again.

Forrrest Roofing did repair work 2 years ago. Leak was not fixed. Called & asked them to come out again - which they did. They said they would be out the following day to fix the original problem + a couple of other issues. Never showed up. Never called. We left several messages, but got no response.

Asked for estimate from different roofers. Very fair on estimate describing steps to be taken. Set up appointment 2 days out. Crew arrived on scheduled time and finished job in a very timely manner, doing an excellent job and cleaned-up site leaving no debris.

Roofers were on time for house roof and did a good job. Metal for porch had to be ordered and done at a later date. When I came home from work I found they had replaced the porch roof with the metal material and had missed (said they had not seen) a lot of rotted wood on one side. They were ready to go and handed me the full bill. I was just sick with the way the work had been done but paid the bill anyway. There was such a mess made of the porch roof that I had the entire roof taken off and replaced by another company at a lesser cost. They did a great job.

Seemed to go well, then one by one things started to fall apart. At first it was the flashing around back chimney started to leak, they came out and did some caulk work but not after damage to new ceiling in kitchen. Then I noticed they completely missed finishing an area around a dormer was exposed with bare wood. Got an argument and then they finished it. Next a leak around a boot. Then another leak to which they did not return a call. Called a couple other roofers. Here is what I found out that was not done to contract. 1.Never got a complete tear-off 2. All vent pipes were not replaced 3. flashings were sub-standard at both chimneys. Front flashing did not even go around complete chimney was a 4 inch gap, this explained water in basement at base of that chimney, and mortar in fireplace coming loose. 4. ridge-vent not to code 5. low-slope roof on dormer shingles were to be done with short exposure were not to contract and water backing up under them. 6. A cut through a shingle near the rear chimney was also causing a leak in the kitchen with snow pack on roof. 7. Also found lots of loose nails left on roof, they left a large overhang over the gutter, this turns out to be to cover-up the fact they did not do the complete tear off. Hired another roofer to fix it RIGHT, cost me another $2500.00 replaced all flashings, pipe vents, and redo of roofing of two dormers, replace shingles that had cut., had excess roofing trimmed from gutter areas. Still have not repaired ceiling in kitchen which has damage in two areas from flashing issues. Also damage in bathroom ceiling from vent pipe leak.
