+ 0 moreElijah did fantastic work on my property here in Asheville, North Carolina. A huge tree fell at the edge of my property during Hurricane Helene a few months ago and left a giant crater on my property where the root ball went into the air. Elijah has been out there every day this week, even in the snow, cutting down the 9 foot tall root ball and backfilling with more than 7 tons of dirt all hand-carted by wheelbarrow and carts. He works random hours but came back even after dark and worked well into the night by contractor lights on multiple days. He was very nice and considerate also, and I truly appreciate his work ethic. I will absolutely hire him again for more landscaping that I need.

Chase Property Maintenance offers the following services: Offered Services: General Lanscaping and Lawncare including Mowing (less than 5 acres), Weed eating, Edging sidewalks and driveways, Hedge Trimming, Blowing/Clean-up, Mulching (transportation and laying), General Trash and Yard Clean-up, Garden Bed Weeding, Application of Pesticide/Herbicide, and Yard Remodels (Examples include the Contruction or Installation of garden beds, stone/rock walkways, borders for yard/garden area, mulching of entire yard).
Pressure washing, The Digging of Holes or Trenches, Junk Removal/Dump runs, Hurricane Debris Removal, Downed Tree Removal, Tree Felling (always depends on surrounding and circumstances), General Hauling including the transportation of dirt, gravel mulch, and trash/junk. Trailer Weigh Capacity per load is 2,500lb. Towing Capacity is a safe 9,000lb but can and will do more if required.
Not Offered: Moving Services of people household goods or belongings, Felling Larger Trees near power lines or existing structures, Plumbing, Drywall, or any other construction related skills.
