I always look for contractors with excellent and consistent independent reviews and who have outstanding professional ethics and responsiveness. Kim was all of these. She returned my call over the weekend and gave me excellent and detailed advice on an appraisal I was looking to have done. In fact, the advice she gave included *not* hiring her, but rather wait because my mortgage lender would likely not count her appraisal. She explained that the lender almost certainly will require that they select the appraiser. She provided other pro bono advice as well and emphasized I could call her back for more advice with no expectation to get paid. This is the kind of appraiser all homeowners should seek out. I hope my lender picks Kim!

Kim Campton returned my call in about an hour. We set an appointment to appraise the property. She showed up on time and completed her inspection. She emailed the appraisal report 6 days later.

She was quick to respond to my initial call for service. She was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. She made an appointment the following week to conduct the home appraisal and was mindful that we were in our due diligence period. She provided the report within a week. It was a thorough report and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Great communication, flexible scheduling, on time starting and finishing the job. She knew her business, got in, did the job and delivered the report on time. Quality work with lots of detail.
