They did a good job on the trimming/topping of trees in my yard, but left several foot deep trenches from their truck in my front and back yards, and did hardly any cleanup.

Their team came on time and finished the job very quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with their service and have recommended them to our neighbors who, after seeing Banks working in our yard, asked who we used as they have a dead tree in their back yard.

On time, fast, hardworking crew, no damage, neat cleanup. Modern equipment, professional operation. Owners were onsite and participated in the job.

Excellent experience. Clyde Jr. and Sr. came out a few hours after I called to assess the job. We agreed on the upcoming Monday to remove the tree. It was done on time, on budget and very professionally. the tree was huge and near a house and power lines. The price was fair, they were very competent and I will definately use them again!

The crew arrived on time. They were highly efficient , knowledgeable and competent. Their equipment was sophisticated and obviously necessary for this problem job. They cleaned up well after trees were removed. The crew members were very pleasant and we were extremely pleased with their job performance. There were no add on charges to the orginal cost estimate.

The crew came in and had it all taken down within a couple hours. They did fantastic work, cleaned up the whole time, always helpful and polite and within the estimated cost. I was really nervous about how close the tree was to the house, but they were true professionals and it wasn't a problem for them at all. It went really well and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We called and they came the next day to give us an estimate. Mr. Banks was very knowledgeable about what was causing the trees to die. His estimate was in line with others we received but we were impressed with his expertise and promptness. His crew came the day we scheduled the work and worked professionally. They were done in a few hours and cleaned up all the debris. We plan on using them again to cut down additional trees as needed.

They did what we wanted done and we were happy with them. They were here for about half a day and there was a pretty substantial crew. They were very professional.

The quote given to me was the price charged. A fair price considering the size of the trees and their location. One large tree had power and cable lines running through it and was near the road, the others trees were close in between my house and the neighbors.

They did a good job and they didn’t charge too much. The price was reasonable. They were very responsive - they came the same day I called them. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

The crew arrived when they said they would. Having worked in the landscape field for over 40 years before I retired I was impressed with the equipment they arrived with which included a bucket truck, a chipper, a truck with a crane to pick up the large logs, & the stump grinder. The crew was very efficent & well trained. They did & excellent job & cleaned up the work area to my satisfaction.

Mr. Banks returned my call promptly, came to give an estimate within 1 day, scheduled the job for the following week, then called later to say they could do the job the next day if that worked for me (did it!). They came right when they said they would and got the trees all down within a few hours. Their stump grinder broke while doing one of the stumps, so they said they'd come back to do the other 3 trees as soon as they got it fixed. They were back the next day and finished that part of the job.

I was impressed by the feedback I read on Angie's List and didn't hesitate to call Banks Tree Service. Clyde Banks Sr. and Clyde Jr. answered the call the same day and came out the following day to assess the situation and give me an estimate. I usually get multiple estimates on any work to be performed but I was so impressed by their knowledge (Clyde Jr. is a State certified or licensed arborist) and the price that I hired them on the spot. I completed 2 yrs. of horticulture education and knew just enough to recognize that the Bank's knowledge of aboriculture and plant pathology was "right on". The work started on schedule and took exactly the amount of time they projected. When you see the crew in action, it's quite amazing. They have exceptional equipment (trucks) and handled the chainsaws with incredible skill. They were totally focused on the job executed each phase with precision. In addition to being highly competent, they are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I will be loyal customer for as long as I'm in this area. We also had some issues with soil erosion and Clyde Jr. pointed out problem areas we hadn't noticed. He was kind enough to tell us what he thought we needed to do to stabilize the situation. When the civil engineer came out the following day, he made the same recommendations. Banks Tree Service is a wonderful example of technical skill (Clyde Jr.) and professional wisdom (Clyde Sr.) that in combination makes an A-1 company and leads to total customer satisfaction.

Mr Banks and his crew did wonderful work. They safely brought the trees down in pieces. They cleaned up all debris - one would never had known that a tree had just been cut down minutes ago.

Mr. Banks and his crew arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They had superior equipment, a large bucket truck and a grinder that easily ground up trees up to 1' in diameter. Mr. Banks and his crew were very skillful and professional. They cleared the area described above in approximately 4 hours without dropping so much as a twig on my house and completely removed all the debris, ground up the trees, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very adept at maneuvering their large vehicles in tight spaces without the slightest scrape on our fence or retaining wall. I was very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future for similar work.

I contacted three tree services and Clyde Banks was one of them. He came out within two days of me calling him and was very knowledgeable about which trees were not in good shape as he is a certified arborist. Clyde and company came out on the day we scheduled, on-time and didn't leave the project until all work was done. He actually went above and beyond and did extra work and didn't charge me extra! Pleasure to work with, always in a good mood; he's a gem! I recommend him and his men for jobs large or small.
