Description of Work: the company did an excellent job both interior and exterior. they came in during the summer to complete all of the exterior work. they had a new crew, and they were very nice but that's it. in a nutshell their work was way below par. asheville painting came out and inspected the work after we expressed our displeasure over the previous crew's work. they sent a whole new crew who immediatly went to work correcting all of the misstakes as well as addressing all of our concerns and needs to get our renovations completed. they also offered cost saving ideas. we were very pleased with their work we have had numerous compliments. we will be using asheville painting again.

Description of Work: Painted exterior clad metal windows

Description of Work: I requested and received an exterior painting estimate from this company. They responded fast and were very professional. I ended up selecting another company for this job but was pleased with their response and will consider them in the future.

Description of Work: Exterior pressure washing and trim painting no problem. Great job. Showed up on time and cleaned up daily. Would use them again for these services. Deck staining is our only issue. They prepped the deck no problem. However, they used a pressure sprayer to stain the deck and did not brush it on. There was major overspray on the house, windows, AC units, lower concrete porch, etc. They sent someone out to touch up bare spots and attempted to clean the overspray but no good. Then they matched the paint on the house (great match) and touched up areas that had overspray but only some of the areas. This process took a few weeks and several calls. They were very kind and professional during the entire process. They didn't request payment until we were happy. In the end it was not what we expected but we paid the invoice and moved on. Bottom line - make sure your estimate includes brushing on the deck stain not spraying it on.

Description of Work: All people involved were very professional and polite.Once time was determined the workers came promptly every day.I was worried that a spray job would not be as lasting.They told me of other houses to go see that they had done.I did do this and everyone was very complimentary about their work.They offered to brush stroke but the cost difference would have been significant. Once I signed I felt relieved and in good hands.The job was done very promptly as well.The spray painting included the house exterior,front porch and small back deck.Everything was pressure washed prior to painting.Shutters were taken off to be sprayed and then rehung.Everything went very smoothly.Today the house looks great.I have already given the company recommendations three times.They are true pros.
