Teresa Suitt - ERA Strother

Description of Work: I was deployed to Iraq and working with anothe real estate agent when my deployment was cut short (good thing) and I needed a home immediately. Due to unforeseen circumstances and a family emergency with the real estate agent I had grown very close to, Ms. Suitt picked up my case on very short notice and worked very hard to assist me in finding the home of my dreams. Although the other real estate agent had months to get to know my taste through emails and "virtual showings", Ms. Suitt had a matter of a day to get to know me and my interests. She worked very hard to help me close on my house so I could move in within weeks and she maintained contact for months to ensure I was still pleased with my purchase. I was most impressed though within the last couple weeks when I had a couple problems with my home and I had no time with my busy work schedule to call the contactractor to get the problems fixed. Ms. Suitt made phone calls and sent emails on my behalf to ensure my home met my expectations, which, in turn, made her far outshine my expectations of her. She really came through at a time I really needed assistance the most in getting things taken care of the most long after my closing date!
