Carole Davis Real Estate LLC

My husband and I recently moved from Sanford, North Carolina to Texas. While we were in North Carolina, we rented a house through Carole Davis Real Estate. We enjoyed working with these folks. Whenever we had a problem or needed a repair done, they were very responsive. Their dealings with us were always friendly and professional. When we signed the lease, they were good about going through it with us and pointing out our rights as well as the landlord's. When we moved out, we had an issue with the floor in the house we were renting. The movers had damaged it. Carole Davis Real Estate was great about cooperating with us when we made a claim against the movers. They were great about keeping us updated about the status of the communication they had with the appraiser who came to inspect the floor and when the issue was resolved, they were quick about sending us our security deposit. I wish our current property managers were as easy to deal with as Carole Davis Real Estate was. I don't know how landlords feel about them, but as renters, we thought they were great. If we ever decide to move back to the Fayetteville, North Carolina area, we would work with them again. We would also recommend them to others.
