Big Dog Lawncare has maintained my yard for an entire season this 2018. 4 months of that I was out of my residence. They still met promises timelines and always kept me up to date on their services being rendered. My yard always looked professionally done and was never at a height that would let you think it hadn’t been cut in a long time. Top notch group for anyone in the Cameron NC area.

This man has done an outstanding job on my yard. He will now be our go to guy for ANYTHING!! He is extremely nice and very hard working! While he was working on my yard I had several people in my neighborhood ask me for his phone number because my yard look so good!! ABSOLUTELY I would recommend him to anyone!

Great! It only took about three days from request to completion. Jerry came out and was super nice, explained what he would be doing in detail and seemed genuinely interested in helping us out and getting to know us. My lawn had not been mowed in a few months due to an issue with our own mower and I was hesitant of getting a mowing service because of both the condition of my lawn and its size (2 acres). I was pleasantly surprised at their time frame and price. I have used them since then and will continue to do so when my husband deploys.

The servicemen worked hard and were very polite. They did a good job and charged a fiar rate for a lawn that had gotten as out of control as mine had.

I contacted Big Dog Lawn Care to see if they would be able to tackle an overgrown lawn at a rental house. They went out the day I called and took pictures (as I am out of state) of the yard as was and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price and they went out the next morning and took care of it. He then sent me the after pictures. Looks very professionally done. I am very pleased with the responsiveness and service.

Big Dog lawn service has been servicing my yard all summer while I have been away. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and very good at what they do. They send pictures and accept PayPal which is great for my situation. I am pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

This house was vacant since April (almost four months without any yard work), so the yard was really messy with all the rain during those months. We called this provider. He answered promptly and went to the house at the time appointed. The estimate was pretty reasonable for all the work needed. He started the work the same day, but stopped because of the rain. He finished the job the next day and send us the pictures before taking any payment. The house look great! We were really please to send him the payment. Definitely, trustworthy, responsible and professional.

They were great. They had good availability and yielded good results.

I contacted Big Dog and another company on Wednesday regarding lawn services due to receiving a notice from my HOA for noncompliance with my yard. Big Dog came out, the same day, gave me an estimate, and by Friday morning, the job was complete. Big Dog did an absolutely wonderful job in a short amount of time. As a person who wasn't interested in lawn services or their upkeep, I can say, I was highly impressed by the work completed and my husband and I will definitely be working with Big Dog in the future.

Since I don't live in the area and I was having him work on my rental home it is always a bit of a challenge. Damien worked with me by taking pictures and suggesting what he thought would look right but always let me know that I had the final say. He was curtious to my tenant by making sure he didn't get her car dirty and cleaned up after himself. She was pleased with the way they worked. The pictures sent to me when the house was completed was well worth the money. The house looks fresh and has great curb appeal. I appreicate the can do attitude and the way he was willing to work with me even thought I was thousand of miles away.

The gentleman came out to do an estimate. I was provided information on all the things that I found a problem with in my yard. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with information of what I can do to improve my lawn. We agreed on a price and what work I wished to have done. We found the price extremely fair. We did not have to be home for them to complete the services which made it convenient for a working family. And we were completely satisfied with the work that was done.

The overall experience was great. Not only did they do what we ask, remove the bushes, but they also cut our grass and did some long overdue weed-eating for us, free of charge. They left me with some weed treatment, free of charge, and gave me a bunch of information on how to control the bamboo myself. Truly a great experience with a great company that has some great individuals. I would recommend these guys to anybody, the service is professional and extremely affordable.

I called Big Dog to schedule service on Tuesday, August 23rd. All I needed done at that time was mowing and treatment for weeds; I also wanted to set up regular biweekly mowing if the service was good. He made an appointment with me for Thursday at 1 p.m. Thursday rolls around and by 2 p.m. I haven't heard from him. I call him and leave a message asking if he is coming by. He calls me back with some story about how he didn't have his phone and his truck broke down, and reassures me that he'll be here first thing in the morning on Friday. I said that was no problem and explained to him that I was having an event on Saturday and that it was very important to me to have the lawn cared for at least by tomorrow. He promised he would make it out the next day. Friday morning arrives and he calls me at 8 a.m.saying he wasn't coming; he had too many other lawns to do. So now I'm stuck trying to find someone who can come out same day, and probably won't be able to. I am very disappointed with Big Dog Lawn Care. He offered me "a free service when [he] could get to it", but really? No thanks.

I called big dog lawn care services and just needed my backyard grass cut. I was so surprised at the expedient service we received and the outstanding appearance of our yard. The large variety of services offered as well as the prices has made us true customers of big dog lawn care.

I have a rental home and my rentors never took care of the lawn. They moved in in Feb and now in July they are moving out. There was trash everywhere not to mention 5 months of grass growth. I called Big Dog Lawn Care (who I used in the past when I was living in the house) and asked if they could HELP! They took care of everything. Jerry cleaned up all the trash, cut the grass, weeded, trimmed, edged, and took care of the flower beds. INCREDIBLE!!! I will definitely use and recommend his services to everyone I know!!
