+ -1 moreThey completed the work thoroughly and completely and went smoothly from start to finish. They told us if any problems turned up, they would return for free and do more trenching and injecting. We then added the termite clause to our existing contract with Pestar and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: We first called Pestar two years ago when we discovered mice in our upstairs storage area. They came out quickly, spent much time looking over the whole house and set traps throughout. They returned weekly for a month, sealing up holes as they found them and replacing used traps. They also sprayed for insects. We were so pleased with them that we sign a yearly contract. The contract covered rodents and insects, but not termites. We discovered one swarm last week and called them. Inspector came right out and inspected the whole house. He told us there was just one small area that needed some drilling and pressure killer and that he would recommend the rest exterior of the house be trenched and sprayed. The cost was 900, they were professional and worked quickly.

+ -1 moreSPIDERS ARE A PROBLEM WHERE WE LIVE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS SPECIES OF THEM, AS WELL AS NUMEROUS ONES. AFTER UNSUCCESSFULLY TRYING TO CONTROL THEM ON OUR OWN, WE CONTRACTED FOR A REGULAR SERVICE. WE OPTED FOR A FOUR TREATMENT SCHEDULE AT $55.00 + TAX FOR EACH TREATMENT. EACH TIME THEY SPRAY, THEY DEDUCT THE CHARGE UNTIL THE CONTRACT AMOUNT IS EXPENDED.
Description of Work: THIS IS AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO SPRAY OUTSIDE FOUNDATION FALL, PORCHES AND DECKS FOR SPIDERS.
