+ -1 moreThey came out and assessed the situation & found 3 problems that needed attention. 1-the ac was really low on free on 2-the unit is leaking from the coil 3-the lines are the incorrect size Our unit was just installed only a couple years ago & we bought this house 2 years in September so we didn't know the original installer so we are unable to contact them. This company came right out, found the problems, explained everything & patiently answered my questions. I will always call these guys again & I highly recommend their service. Their rates are very fair.

+ -1 moreThey?re in Chapel Hill. It was our first time using them. They still have to come back to put the electrical sockets in. The written estimates are pretty much right on what they are going to charge, even if they have to do some extra stuff, they didn't charge us for it. It was great, they got in here and did what they needed to do and they were fast about it. They're efficient, clean, and didn't make a mess. Everything they replaced under the house, they took it with them.
Description of Work: Installed 2 heat pumps; one for downstairs and one for upstairs and an air return so it was more efficient.
