 + -1 moreThey were on time, professional, and did a great job on short notice. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: We had problems with our septic system late in the day on a Friday. We called Albemarle Septic first thing Saturday morning. They were out in an hour and took care of our problem.

 + -1 moreThey only take certain credit cards (no american express and discover) and then charge you a premium to use the card, of course they don't tell you until after they have done the work. Sorry! I will not be using them again.

 + -1 moreWithin two hours of the call, the tank was pumped out!! They discovered a broken and quot;filterand quot; and repaired that as well. The young man was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The entire incident could not have gone better.
Description of Work: After waiting two weeks for a competitor...who never did ANYTHING!!!...I called Albemarle Septic Services. I desperately needed a tank pumped...as there we raw sewage seeping out of the tank where my tenants are. Remember, I had already waited almost two weeks for someone else!!

septic tank, sewer cleaning
 + 0 moreI think we were bamboozled. I do not think our tank even needed to be pumped. My neighbor also used them and the handle broke off their lid, so they also had to pay extra for a new door.
Description of Work: We called to have our septic pumped, which was $250. When the guy opened the septic tank up, he said a filter pipe was broken and he should fix it while it was open, which cost another $200.

 + -1 moreOur overall experience was excellent and their cost was very competitive. I highly recommend them for your septic tank needs. Albemarle Septic Service personnel called prior to arrival, arrived on time, and were very professional. They kept the truck out of the yard and used lengths of hose to access the septic tank. Answered any questions I had in detail.
Description of Work: They accessed, inspected, and pumped the septic tank.

 + -1 moreWe discovered our septic tank back-up on a Sunday morning. Albemarle Septic was the only company we called that we actually got in contact with. He made an appointment for first thing Monday morning and was there. The job took less than an hour and we could hardly tell he'd been there. I highly recommend them!
