Robert texted me first thing this morning after I sent out a request late last night as my upstairs porch was sloshing with overflowing water from the heavy rain and nowhere to drain. I called him back and he worked me in right away. He listened to my concerns regarding the area of the gutter that was overflowing and thoroughly investigated the problem and removed the necessary debris at the downspout. He was courteous, thoughtful and extraordinarily professional. Thanks Home Advisor again. And, as an added benefit that I had not really considered, by vacuuming out the leaves and yuck from the gutter, there is no tossing of all that trash around the yard, then picking it up. It is all neatly contained and removed. Bonus! Thank you Robert!

Vacuum cleaning of the gutters is safer because it is done from ground level. Less potential for damage to the gutters, and no glop wet leaves to pick up.
