Description of Work: I interviewed and subsequently hire Highshelf Cleaning Service (Janelle Blanton). The evening before she was to work at the house, her husband called and indicated that she had the flu and would not be by the house to clean the next day. It has been almost two weeks, and Ms. Blanton has not bothered to contact me to reschedule. I have since hired another group.
