I am very pleased with my new patio. It was well installed, well graded and the communication was excellent. The follow up work to lay new sod and seal the pavers also completed (often a complaint with other companies). I am very highly satisfied with this company and the completed product, and yes, I would refer to a friend.

We interviewed several pool installation companies, but when we spoke with Jim Amenta at Carolina Custom Pools & Outdoor Design, they stood miles above the others. They are a nuts to soup outfit. Beginning with design to finished product, all we had to do was sign the contract and pay three draws. Jim and team are knowledgeable, reliable, licensed and insured...not typical attributes in our area, unfortunately. From pool and area design, to implementation to selecting pavers/tiles/coping, to landscape to advice in general....the team was there every step. Jim has connections to good people - - any subcontractors used were reliable and respectful. Carolina Custom Pools & Outdoor Design turned our small, nothing special backyard in to an oasis. Always these words when people see it "we had no idea there was this much space back here." We tell everyone about Carolina Custom Pools & Outdoor Design....which, so far, has resulted in two more pool projects for them. We can not recommend them enough.

From day 1, Jim and his team were amazing! When my husband and I started discussing having a pool and spa installed, we never imagined in our wildest dreams that we would end up with such a custom, high end pool. Jim and his team meet with us, they took measurements and told us in a few days they would have a rendering of our pool and spa. Not only that, they prepared all the paperwork necessary to turn into our HOA for approval. Jim was very professional, yet light hearted from day 1. He really listened to us and what we envisioned. Would I hire them again?? IN A HEARTBEAT. My back yard is an oasis!!
