Everything went very well. He showed up on time, the quality of the work was great, and he cleaned up after himself. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Everything mentioned above went terribly wrong other than the installation of Gazebo. 1) He messed up the kitchen caulking first by using a shiny white caulk instead of the the beige one that was there initially. We provided him the exact sample (with brand name and color). But he still purchased the incorrect color and texture. I had to hire someone from the company that the builder used to remove his caulking and get the caulking done correctly. 2) His drywall work was so terrible that you can literally see the bumps in the drywall where he did the patch work. I have pictures to prove it. It looks worse than before we asked him to fix it. 3) He again used white caulk/grout in the master bathroom shower floor knowing it would be a total mismatch with the original beige grout color in the shower. I asked him to remove the white caulk and redo it with the right color. He removed the white caulk but didn't regrout the floor with the right color. Instead he later denied that floor was part of the job. I have the contract worksheet/email from him to prove that shower floor was one of the main jobs he was supposed to do. Anyhow, I had to hire a professional grout company from Angie's list to re-grout our shower floor but what a waste of money and misery that we had to go through with this provider. 4) He used incorrect color (shiny baseboard color) to do paint touch up for the baseboards. The paint job itself was horrendous and you can clearly see his smears of paint vs. the original paint which is a different texture, This has to be redone as well. I have pictures to prove it. When I told him that I am not going to pay him the entire 550 or 600 bill and I will pay the remaining 100 when the bathroom floor is done, he threatened to call cops. This shows the lack of professionalism when he clearly didn't complete the job. It was in fact a blessing in disguise for us since before this job we were thinking about hiring him to get our 1800 sq. ft unfinished basement done. What a nightmare it could have been for us to deal with this handyman and his company.
