Martindale Renovation constructed a 12' x22' sunroom addition with entry deck on the south end of our house. The cost was appx. 10% less than the bid of another construction company. Bart's foundation work, floor decking, framing, roofing, window installation, outside wall siding, inside wall paneling, painting and finish floor installation were all plumb, square & level and met all applicable codes. Bart took the time to give us constructive suggestions on our project. Bart's quality of work was noted by subcontractors and a relative who does multi-million dollar construction across the US. Bart was professional and took many measurements/pictures of bath. We discussed options and he prepared an estimate to work with. We are talking more specifics to see about getting the work done. Good experience so far.

We took possession of a rental house that we had purchased and we had a renter anxious to move in. So, with a bit of time pressure, we realized that the kitchen floor needed new vinyl. It is an older house with an uneven floor, so vinyl seemed the best option. When the floor guy I had scheduled was unable to the do the job, I had to find someone quick. Bart from Martindale Renovations responded to my ad immediately and was able to send someone by that very same day to look at the job. He was able to do the job within two days. I was very pleased. The work was completed expertly. It was not an easy job working around old cabinets. The floor looks great! The price was very reasonable. The worker was very nice, very pleasant. I would hire these guys again for sure!

Bart Martindale completely renovated my entire home. ?He replaced our out of date kitchen and bathroom with a modern up to date and extremely nice upgrade. ?We enjoyed having him complete our house that we had him replace out back yard fence and back porch. ?Very pleased. ?Will use again.

Mr. Martindale has been an integral part in completing several large remodeling and new construction projects at two of our properties. He was there to assist on short notice when our basement flooded, working after hours to help complete a 1,600 sf tile job in 2 days. He is an experienced carpenter and performs the highest quality work. I will certainly have him work with us on future projects.

Bart Martindale gave us a completely new bathroom in our master. And new showers in our other two bathrooms. To start, he responded to my call immediately and was available for an estimate 2 days later. He was able to provide estimates based on several different options within a week. He was able to keep up with me and all my questions during the entire design process. We agreed on terms and decided on a start date a few weeks later. Bart was able to start exactly when he said he was going to. Throughout the entire process my house was kept clean inside and out. Great open line of communication. Especially describing the process to me. The final product was actually under budget close to $2,000 which made me ecstatic! Honestly my new master bath is more than I envisioned. I'm looking very forward to having him come back and build me a new kitchen.
