Description of Work: Replacing old heat pump. Larry Wilson and his staff are courteous and professional. He really worked hard to develop an affordable and competitive Plan of action.

They come out to be in and one time we have to call them for a different problem and came out for me and took care of it. Once you had a maintenance contract, you get grade on service calls, just did not require any card. I think it was $40 something for them to come out and fix the problem and go back. My experience with them is somewhat limited.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAS NICE EMPLOYEES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE SO TRUSTWORTHY AND DEPENDABLE. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL US THE MOST EXPENSIVE SYSTEM, THEY SOLD US THE ONE THAT WOULD FIT OUR HOME THE BEST.
