Southern Builders of Alamance Inc has been in business since 2001 and have been growing strong ever since. We design and build unique and affordable decks, screen porches, and other custom outdoor living spaces. We are dedicated to using only superior materials, construction techniques, and craftsmanship. From concept planning through completion, we will work with you to achieve the best results possible. We want your family and friends to enjoy and share experiences that an outdoor living space provides. Throughout the process , from the first consultation to the completion of your project, We strive to provide you with the highest level of professionalism ,reliability ,and attention to detail possible. All too often we find ourselves in a situation out of our control when we are forced to deal with incompetence and unsatisfactory conditions. Competence is a valued trait and should not be taken for granted among service providers. It is a personal goal for us to leave each customer with the feeling of satisfaction that will carry on to their friends and family. The best advertisement is a satisfied client willing to spread the good word . We encourage you to speak with some of our past customers and will gladly provide references upon request. When you have chosen Southern Builders of Alamance Inc for your project a written contract will be drafted. This will show our 5 year guaranty on our workmanship along with a detailed description of your project and pay schedule as pertains to it.

He was absolutely great! I would have used him for everything, but he didn't do gutters. I will absolutely be using him again if anything else comes up!
Description of Work: I used him for my roof, my doors, my shutters, all the vinyl on my porch, built a new deck, moved and widened some steps, and many other things.

John and his crew did an excellent job installing custom railings on our front and side porches. We will definitely be using them to install a fence and deck when we are ready.

John Collins was great -- creative and high-quality work. We had a small snafu when the installers sliced into an irrigation line during the installation, but he came right out and fixed it after the leak became apparent. I had a small job at another property (a couple of wooden stairs leading from patio up into the house) that he did quickly and well. I would definitely use Southern Builders again and have recommended them to others several times.
Description of Work: Built and Installed a cedar pergola with a woven cedar privacy screen on patio and built and installed a cedar gate to separate side yard from front yard.
