+ -1 moreAn awful end result due to no communication from installer and inferior work!
Description of Work: Ross Plumbing was commissioned by Lowes to install newly purchased commodes in our home. An associate of Ross Plumbing did the installation and left. When I went into the master bathroom and saw that our commode was literally sitting on a 2" base/platform of silicone gel caulking. I didn't have a clue why and was immediately concerned about how this would affect resale, function and stability. Within a few days, Mr. Ross came to our house regarding a separate service call. I brought my concerns about the commode installation to his attention. Mr. Ross being as he is the owner. Mr. Ross told me the commode was elevated because the closet flange was too long. He said he was glad to remove commode and repair it for an ADDITIONAL $300.00. I felt shafted because the installer NEVER discussed this with me as we would have left the old commode in place. As a result of this inferior work, we are experiencing a foul methane-type sewage odor originating from the commode for which we are concerned if it is toxic.

+ -1 moreHe was recommended, but the overall experience was terrible. He never did fix it right. The unit leaked freon out on three different occasions. The leakage put water all over my floors. I had to call him numerous times to come and repair the problem.
Description of Work: He came and took the heating and cooling unit out. He installed a new heating and cooling unit.
