Mr. Lopez far exceeded our expectations on pricing. He was very friendly and courteous, and worked around our schedule as well. He did fantastic work, painting walls and ceiling and crown moldings in our living room, kitchen including cabinets, the entry-way, stairway and upstairs hallway. He also provided a sub-contractor to repair dry walls at an excellent price and also totally satisfactory results. We have more painting to be done in the spring and there is no one else I'd even consider for the job. Top marks across the board.
