Description of Work: I called and left a couple of messages to discuss price and never got a call back. This obviously told me they did not need my business.

+ -1 moreA dumpster was placed on my property so that I could dispose of items left by deceased relative and items from home remodel. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness 2 weeks after I rented the dumpster and for that reason I had it longer than appropriate - I am alone and had to rely solely on myself to carry items and load into the dumpster and this could only be done on days when I had the strength. I was undergoing chemotherapy during this time. I was about to call them to remove the dumpster and explain why it was still only half full but today they came while I was at doctor's appt and removed it. I am not upset by this in the least. They make money by turning the dumpster over and renting its use frequently. I should have called them to inform of my situation and am sorry it came to them coming while I was away to take it away. This is why I have not responded until now about rating the company. I was going to wait until I had talked to them and the removal of the dumpster. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting this service and am sorry my conduct was inappropriate. They were very professional and responsive.
