Very professional on time very helpful

I had spoken with Robert about delivering topsoil this week. He said that he would call at 8am to verify that conditions were ok or not to deliver; he called at precisely 8am and due to the weather agreed to hold off another day. He called at 8am this morning, and since the weather was good he'd be at our house at 9:30. He was there around 9:30 with a nice load of topsoil, and put it exactly where we wanted it. He was very courteous and we will certainly do business with him again.
