+ -1 moreThe sand under the flagstone pavers is surfacing. There are large gaps between the flagstone, and small rocks scattered everywhere. Quoted a 4’ x 30’ walkway and finished it at 3.5’ x 24’ it was supposed to end at the driveway. They thought I would not notice - they scraped rocks out of the driveway and extended the driveway into my yard to meet the short walkway.
Description of Work: Contracted with this company Hardscape Solutions, for a flagstone patio, walkway and pergola. I am very dissatisfied with the work, the end results. When I complained throughout the job I felt like I was being bullied into accepting the work. I also felt like I was bullied into paying for something that I was no happy with. The sand under the flagstone pavers is surfacing. There are large gaps between the flagstone, and small rocks scattered everywhere. + 0 moreI couldn't have asked for a better experience! Terry Benson, the owner, was very professional and attentive. At our initial meeting, he listened carefully to my vision of my outdoor living area. He took my primitive vision and incorporated it into a plan for my home that was better than I could have imagined. Throughout the process, Terry was very patient and welcomed any questions and changes I offered. I can't wait to have Terry and his crew back to install my new swimming pool. I love my new outdoor space and would recommend Terry and his company Hardscape Solutions to my fellow Angie's List members!
Description of Work: Hardscape Solutions reconstructed and added new plant beds surrounding my home. We added new plants and trees to enhance our outdoor space. Additionally we added a paver patio for entertaining.
