+ -1 moreThey put in our heating and cooling system. The furnace failed after only 12 yrs. They said that was typical (it’s not). So we had to put a new one in. We spent two weeks without heat in the middle of a cold snap. They’ve been out three times in the last week to fix it (thermostat not working, system stopped working, furnace would not turn off), . The guys are all very polite, but They really don’t know how to build and maintain a reliable system. We are disappointed

+ -1 moreInstalled a poorly designed system on a newly built house. Have spent 3 years chasing the problem with their techs only to find out the issue was poor duct work design combined with insufficient units for the house design. Has taken no responsibility, doesn't communicate and has offered zero relief due to their incompetence. Knew the issue early on, but wanted to find a cheap alternative vs a proper fix. You see a companies true colors when things are bad, not when they're good. Proceed with caution.
