This company is a very busy one, and we did have some difficulty arranging our first visit, and arrival time was delayed more than once, however, Andy is a gem and we came to like him personally as well as professionally and will hire him without delay in the future. I would not consider hiring anyone else for any electrical work.

Andy communicated with me before his visit, to make sure the appointment time was acceptable and to make suer he had my correct address. He arrive promptly as schedule, prepare with the tools needed, and demonstrated knowledge of the equipment needing the service. Andy had a new battery to replace mine, which was very low. I am pleased with his work and agreed to be placed on his list for service next year.

Andy was very nice and even though he had a really busy day, took the time to work in my repair. Very Prompt - I think someone else would have just shifted me to another day.

Returned my call same day, technician was polite and respectful, removed his work shoes before entering our house, listened and then advised what action he would take and how long it would take. Regarding my secondary project - tech clearly understood what it would take to complete the job, he was able to advise where potiential problem spots were and offered options. The customer service attitude I observed has me looking forward to working with this company on my next project.
